  1. Vytvořit na disku C:\ složku například TESTTEMP.
  2. Jít do Ovládací panely\Systém a zabezpečení\Systém -> Upřesnit nastavení systému -> Proměnné prostředí
  3. Změnit zde položku TEMP a TMP přes tlačítko přes Upravit. Kam vložit cestu C:\TESTTEMP (původní cesta %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Temp). Potvrdit OK.
  4. Zkusit znovu nainstalovat AutoCad.
  5. Potom vrátít zpět cestu do položek TEMP a TMP.
    (Tento problém je dost možná tím, že používáte nějaké divné písmena v uživatelském jménu, například “ñ, é, ã” což AutoCad nemá asi moc rád. Neřešil jsem na svém PC, takže jsem to úplně nezkoušel, jestli je to tímto, ale řekl bych že ano, protože uživatel měl uživatelské jméno s různými háčky nad písmeny.)

Create a new Windows temp folder

  1. Using File Explorer, create a new folder with a simple name in the root of the C:\ drive, such as C:\TESTTEMP. Edit the folder permissions to give full control to ‘Everyone’:
    1. Right-click the folder and select Properties.
    2. Choose the Security tab.
    3. Click Editto change permissions.
    4. For each group or user name, select Full control.
    5. Click OK.
  2. Using a text editor such as Notepad, create a text file.
  3. Go to Control Panel > System.
  4. Click Advanced system settings in the left menu and select the Advanced tab.
  5. Click Environment Variables.
  6. Under User variables, double-click TEMP, copy the TEMP variable path value, and paste it into the text file to save it.
  7. Replace the TEMP variable value with the path to the newly created TEMP folder (from step 1, in this example, C:\TESTTEMP).
  8. Repeat steps 6 and 7 for the TMP user variable.
  9. Click OK to save changes.
  10. Install the Autodesk software product.
  11. When the software is installed successfully, return to Environment Variables to restore the default TEMP and TMP variable values, using the strings pasted into the text file.
